Quinn is assistant professor of business administration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. His research has appeared in journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Review, and Human Resource Management. He also serves on the editorial board of Organization Science. Robert E. Quinn holds the Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professorship at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is one of the founders of the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship. He is the author of fourteen books, including Deep Change: Discovering the Leader Within.
