Day Hines is in her early 20’s working in the career of her dreams. Less then 6 months after graduating with a bachelors degree in accounting she was able to land her dream job as an accountant with a Fortune 500 company. Daysherra grew up in a small town in southern Louisiana. The oldest of three girls, she was a first-generation college graduate. She has served as a mentor to her college peers and a student ambassador. One of the key things she has discovered in life is; anything is obtainable through learning. When applying for employment, she always ensured each job was the best fit by narrowing down what she genuinely desired and what skills she currently had as well as skills she could learn and use to advance her professional career. Daysherra envisions a world where working gives everyone a sense of enjoyment and purpose, thereby improving each person’s work-life balance, financial stability, work performance and career growth.
