This book aims to provide scholars, students and practitioners with a broad analysis – both theoretical and practical – of what it means to be a sustainable bank. The book is organized into seven chapters, of which two are dedicated to practical case studies and analysis. Rosella Car is postdoctoral research fellow in banking and finance at University ‘Magna Grcia’ of Catanzaro (UMG), Italy. She received a PhD in health care management and economics from the University Magna and a PhD in ‘Sciences de Gestion’ from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Mtiers (CNAM), France, where her dissertation focused on issues of sustainability. During 2012 and 2013, she was a visiting PhD student at ESCP Europe, Paris, and in 2016 she was an invited visiting researcher at Waterloo University, Canada. As temporary professor at UMG she teaches banking and finance disciplines. She is author or co-author of works published by Springer, Routledge and Palgrave Macmillan.
