It takes the lessons learned by Fiona Bevan over her years in practice and collates them into an easy to read format. About the author: Fiona Bevan has worked in practice for over 15 years. She is passionate about helping her fellow CIMA Members in Practice to build the businesses they want by providing mentoring and support.
