This is a revised edition of “Applied Valuation”. A selection of typical examination questions is presented, together with suggested answers, and additional questions have been provided in each subject area. To aid the reader’s understanding of underlying principles, the explanations accompanying each suggested answer, as well as the introductions to each section, have been extended. Questions and answeers are arranged separately in subject areas, with a chapter devoted to each. All calculations are annotated to serve as a model for students to follow and adopt in their own work.
