The discussion tackles head on the drivers of long-term innovation in retail banking. Bernardo Btiz-Lazo is a professor of business history and bank management at Bangor University, Wales. He is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, and is a world class authority on the automation of banking, financial technology, and cashless retail payments.
