Having ascended her own career ladder within male-dominated corporations, Deb knows only too well the challenges women, in particular, can face in their efforts to achieve career and corporate success. She knows how certain attitudes and behaviors can undermine personal advancement, team performance and inter-departmental cohesion. She also knows the real culprit … and solution … emanates from the heart of leadership. Deb is as passionate about the messages conveyed in this book as she is about helping organizations and rising stars establish and achieve their own visions of success. She lives on Amelia Island in northeast Florida with her husband, Chris. Together, they have three grown sons and three grand-daughters.
