It is thought that teacher training programs in higher education institutions are responsible for preparing teachers. Although today undergraduate students are primarily enrolled in a teaching course, they have already experienced many teachers in at least fourteen years of their education. After these students have access to this store of educational opportunities, they can be used as reliable sources in understanding the attitudes and actions that were applied by their effective teachers in their previous classes. When trainee teachers or teacher volunteers are asked, “Why do you want to become a teacher?”, the answer is generally, I want to have this ability to make a positive difference in the lives of my students. Many teacher candidates continue to say that they want to be effective teachers, better than the teachers they themselves have experienced. Despite this, many researchers state a fact based on the fact that teachers always teach in the way they have been taught.
