Description
The research addresses Law No. 13.146, of 6 July 2015, which, in its Chapter IV, guarantees every person with special needs an education system at all levels and lifelong learning, enabling cognitive, social and cultural development, respecting their limitations, differences and meeting their needs. This research investigates the applicability of this law through a case study at the Getlio Vargas State College in the city of So Borja.
