Within every human being, there is a powerful force that lies dormant until it is brought out by something or someone. I call this force the leadership gene. Every human being has a primal instinct to survive and flourish from the moment they are born until the moment they choose to do something or not with that instinct. For over 18 years, Dr. DiCicco has taught Leadership at Curry College, Milton, M.A. He is the former Campus College Chair of Graduate Business Programs, University of Phoenix, Massachusetts Campuses. Dr. DiCicco is the president of Organizational Management Systems training managers to be more responsible leaders He earned his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Professional Development at Capella University in 2001.
