Deborah Johnson is an award-winning national recording artist, composer, author and educator. Her ability to relate to a multi- generational audience doesn’t merely come from her Master’s Degree, but also from her natural abilities and varied experience. She has not only written three full-length staged musicals, but successfully produced two world premieres, working with a varied cast of characters and temperaments. She has also successfully hosted and coordinated artist showcase rooms all across the country in national booking conferences, working on both sides of the fence, with agents and artist teams. With over two dozen albums, four books and hundreds of songs, Deborah understands how to complete projects successfully. She also understands the challenges of change in today’s economic climate and the healthy mental code that is necessary to do so. She is passionate about her work, displayed by the volume of her output and research. As an entertainer, she has toured the world and has been up for a number of Grammy Awards. Deborah has performed large stage concerts with Double Grand, a dueling piano (but different!) headliner act, also incorporating multi-media and her soaring vocals.
